Goal of FREEIT project is the construction of a reference center for Open Knowledge and information technology use with a specific attention for the educational dimension and the individual empowerment in managing the private spaces of information.

The project focuses on Open Source Software, on open data formats and more generally on free culture, exploring new innovative processes of production, dissemination and cooperation with different society components and with the local society in particular.
